The staff was super friendly! They helped us out when we had issues with the taxi and provided useful hints about the area.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

Couples looking for value
We had an incredible experience at this place! ! The young lady at the front desk knew just the right local spots for food – she even recommended a hidden gem that served the best friend mushrooms and parsley potatoes I’ve ever had!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience matched the price.

Perfect spot for a family trip!
We stayed for 5 nights in a comfy room. Great location, just a 10-min stroll to the train station. The staff were super nice and always had a smile, which made mornings bright. The coffee was really good! Just wish there were coffee-making facilities in the room. a solid choice for families visiting Salzburg.

The room was spacious and lovely, but the breakfast was only average with the coffee machine being out. It felt outdated and needed better lighting.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and great public transportation options. The breakfast had a nice variety, and we enjoyed a local restaurant that the staff recommended, turning out to be one of our best meals on the trip.
My kids wished there were more coat hooks and space to hang our clothes.

An excellent upgrade to a suite provided an incredibly comfortable bed and a rejuvenating walk-in shower after our long drive. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport a short distance away. the top-floor room got quite warm from the sun, and I wished for better ventilation options beyond the provided fan. the kindness and assistance from the reception staff made a significant positive impact on our stay.

We stayed in a beautiful, spacious Standard Double Room that was super clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Salzburg, with a pleasant 20-25 minute walk along the river to the center. The reception staff were excellent, providing friendly hospitality and helpful suggestions on local attractions.
The pitched ceiling in the top floor room was a bit low.
